The article examines the impact of digitalization on human resource management at enterprises under the conditions of economic transformation and the rapid dissemination of digital technologies. It is substantiated that digital transformation significantly changes the content, principles, and tools of HR management, facilitating the transition from traditional personnel administration to a strategic, data-driven HR management model. The study identifies the key consequences of digitalization for human resource management, including the automation of HR processes, the transformation of personnel decision-making based on HR analytics, big data, and artificial intelligence, changes in competency requirements and professional development, the emergence of new models of work organization, and the growing importance of information security and digital trust. It is determined that the automation of HR processes contributes to reducing administrative costs, accelerating personnel procedures, improving the accuracy of HR operations, and increasing the productivity of HR departments. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of personnel decision-making through the application of digital analytics, which enables enterprises to forecast staffing needs, assess employee performance, identify personnel risks, and optimize the use of human capital based on objective analytical information. The paper also emphasizes that digitalization fundamentally changes competency requirements by increasing the importance of digital literacy, continuous professional learning, adaptability, and innovation-oriented skills. Furthermore, the study highlights that digital technologies promote the development of flexible employment models, including remote and hybrid work, thereby improving organizational flexibility and expanding opportunities for attracting qualified specialists regardless of geographical location. Alongside numerous advantages, the research identifies the major risks associated with HR digitalization, including excessive automation of personnel processes, algorithmic bias in AI-based decision-making, digital inequality among employees, weakening of corporate interaction under remote work conditions, cybersecurity threats, and unauthorized access to personnel data. To minimize these risks, the article proposes the implementation of continuous employee training systems, personalized competency development programs, integrated digital communication platforms, comprehensive information security policies, advanced cybersecurity solutions, and systematic monitoring of digital HR systems. The study concludes that the effectiveness of digital transformation in human resource management depends on a balanced combination of technological innovation, strategic human capital development, organizational flexibility, and reliable information security. The comprehensive implementation of digital HR technologies creates favorable conditions for increasing labor productivity, improving managerial decision-making, strengthening employee engagement, enhancing organizational resilience, and ensuring the long-term competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises in the digital economy.Downloads
