The modern global economy is transitioning from the traditional 'profit maximization' model to the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) model. In this context, traditional management becomes ineffective without the integration of the environmental component. In practice, ecological and economic management often exist in isolation, creating a contradiction between cost reduction (economists) and emissions reduction (ecologists). The relevance of the study lies in the need to overcome this dichotomy by seeking synergy, where environmental initiatives act as a driver of economic growth. This requires an integrated monitoring system that tracks both financial and environmental indicators in real time, allowing for the adoption of preventative management decisions. Traditional management is no longer effective without the integration of the environmental component. However, in practice, environmental and economic management often exist in isolation: ecologists strive to reduce emissions, while economists fight to reduce costs. The relevance of the topic lies in the necessity of overcoming this contradiction through the search for synergy, where environmental initiatives become a driver for economic growth (for example, through energy efficiency, zero-waste production, or access to green investments). The research is driven by the objective need of Ukrainian enterprises for scientifically sound tools that will allow them to combine disparate environmental and economic goals into a single controllable system. The use of organizational theory to design such a monitoring system is key to achieving a synergetic effect that will ensure business competitiveness in the context of European integration. The purpose is to develop scientific and methodological approaches to the integration of ecological and economic management with organizational theory to improve the system of monitoring the sustainable development of the enterprise. To achieve the stated goal, the following methods and indicators were used: risk assessment, strategic planning, and data verification, as well as quantitative and qualitative indicators of ESG activity.Downloads
