Integration of digital tools in the process of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise

Abstract

The article is dedicated to the study of aspects related to the integration of digital tools in the process of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise.

The purpose of the research is driven by the relevance of the topic and the presence of previously unresolved parts of the overall problem, aiming at improving the theoretical and methodological support for economic security using digital tools.

Methods. The article examines the key aspects of ensuring economic security of enterprises in the context of modern business management. To achieve the research goal, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis to study the theoretical approaches to defining the key components of economic security of enterprises and the tools that ensure effective management of these components; systemic analysis to determine the interrelationships between different components of the economic security of an enterprise and potential threats arising during business activities.

Results. The analysis of existing approaches to managing economic security and the use of digital tools for its optimization revealed that the effective implementation of digital technologies significantly enhances the enterprise's ability to adapt to changes, reduces risks, and ensures sustainable development. The research also showed that digital platforms and tools, such as financial monitoring automation systems, human resource management platforms, and tools for monitoring environmental standards, are crucial elements in ensuring enterprise security at all stages of its operations. It was determined that modern business conditions present numerous challenges for enterprises, requiring the integration of advanced technologies to successfully address economic security issues. It was found that only a comprehensive approach to security management, which includes digital tools for monitoring and forecasting threats, can ensure effective functioning and resilience of enterprises to external and internal risks.

Conclusions. The research concluded that modern business conditions pose numerous challenges for enterprises, requiring the integration of advanced technologies to successfully address economic security issues. By using a comprehensive approach to security management, which includes digital tools for monitoring and forecasting threats, enterprises can ensure effective functioning and resilience to external and internal risks.
