Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of communication organization at an enterprise, to determine the main functions and stages of the communication process, to analyze the key problems of communication organization, and to substantiate the directions for improving the efficiency of the enterprise communication system in the context of contemporary challenges. The research employs general scientific and special methods of cognition, including methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis; the comparative method; the systems approach; as well as graphical and tabular methods. The article summarizes contemporary scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "communication" and identifies its role in ensuring the effective functioning of an enterprise. It is proved that under modern conditions communication acts as a strategic management resource that ensures coordination of activities, support for managerial decision-making, formation of corporate culture, and development of interaction with the external environment. The main functions of communications at an enterprise are identified. The process of communication organization is examined as a sequence of interconnected stages. Modern communication channels are analyzed, and the peculiarities of their use are determined. The key problems of communication organization at modern enterprises are identified. The directions for improving the organization of communications at an enterprise in the context of current challenges are substantiated. The necessity of implementing integrated communication systems, developing digital interaction tools, improving PR activities, ensuring effective feedback, and enhancing the digital competence of personnel is proved.
