Abstract

The article examines the process of transforming marketing into a partnership philosophy focused on satisfying consumer needs in the context of the digital economy and increasing competitive pressure. The evolution of marketing concepts from a production-and-sales orientation to a customer-oriented model based on the transition from one-time transactions to long-term relationships between enterprises and consumers is generalized. It is demonstrated that modern marketing is increasingly acquiring the features of an integrated managerial philosophy centered on the creation of customer value and the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage. The essence of relationship marketing is revealed as the theoretical foundation of the partnership approach, which involves communication personalization, trust development, interactive engagement, and the joint creation of value for all market participants. It is emphasized that the key result of such a model is the increase in customer loyalty and the establishment of long-term partnership relations that ensure business stability. The role of digital technologies in the transformational processes of marketing is identified. The use of CRM systems, social networks, Big Data, and analytical tools makes it possible to improve the accuracy of marketing decisions, ensure personalized offers, and provide prompt interaction with consumers. It is proven that digitalization acts as a key factor in strengthening customer orientation and increasing the effectiveness of marketing communications. The main advantages of implementing partnership marketing for enterprises and consumers are outlined, including increased competitiveness, higher customer satisfaction, stable demand, reduced costs of attracting new consumers, and the formation of long-term loyalty. The purpose of the study is to theoretically generalize and systematize modern approaches to the transformation of marketing into a philosophy of partnership focused on meeting consumer needs, as well as to determine the main models for the formation of customer-oriented strategies of enterprises in the context of the digitalization of the economy and the strengthening of the competitive environment. Methods. When studying the transformation of marketing into a philosophy of partnership focused on meeting consumer needs, a set of general scientific and special methods was used to ensure a comprehensive analysis of the object of study. The systemic approach allowed us to consider marketing as a holistic system of interaction of the enterprise with consumers, suppliers and other stakeholders, as well as to identify the relationships between the elements of marketing activity in the context of the digital economy. The marketing analysis method was used to study the current state of the marketing environment, identify trends in the development of customer-oriented strategies and assess the impact of digitalization on the formation of partnership relations. The structural-logical method allowed us to consistently develop the logic of the study - from the analysis of theoretical foundations to the substantiation of the role of partnership relations in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. Using generalization and induction methods, conclusions were drawn about the advantages of affiliate marketing and its importance in ensuring long-term satisfaction of consumer needs. Results. The study showed that the implementation of affiliate marketing provides mutual benefits to companies and consumers. For companies, this is manifested in increased competitiveness, stability of demand, reduced costs of attracting new customers and increased profitability. For consumers, this is manifested in better quality of service, an individual approach and increased satisfaction. Conclusions. Summarizing the results of the study, we can state that modern marketing has transformed from a sales tool into a philosophy of partnership, where the main priority is the long-term satisfaction of consumer needs, the formation of their loyalty and the creation of mutual value between the company and the client.
