Human Capital Development as a Factor in Increasing Enterprise Competitiveness (Case Study of LLC "Volia-Cable")

The article is devoted to the substantiation of practical measures aimed at increasing the competitiveness of LLC "VOLIA-CABLE" based on the development and capitalization of its human capital in an unstable market environment. The specifics of the telecommunication enterprise functioning are investigated and the expediency of applying a hybrid competitive strategy, which combines service differentiation and cost optimization, is proved. A comprehensive approach to the transformation of the company's business processes has been formed in five key areas: improving service quality, optimizing costs and resource allocation, innovative development, revitalizing marketing activities, and increasing management efficiency. It is substantiated that the professionalism, customer orientation, and adaptability of personnel serve as an integration bridge between operational efficiency and the uniqueness of the market offer. Specific measures are proposed, including the modernization of network solutions, digitalization of operations, management automation, and systematic investment in employee competencies. It is proved that the implementation of these recommendations will ensure the formation of sustainable competitive advantages of the enterprise in the long term.
