The issue of increasing the level of energy efficiency of an enterprise has recently become increasingly relevant, as the rise in prices for fuel and energy resources necessitates the search for ways to save on them or alternative sources of energy supply. The article comprehensively considers theoretical and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of energy management models at enterprises of the state reserve system of Ukraine, taking into account industry specifics and technological features of the processes of storing material values. It is substantiated that energy management is an important component of the general sphere of enterprise management, the main function of which is the effective use and consumption of fuel and energy resources by implementing a systematic approach to control, analysis and optimization of energy consumption. The key stages that ensure the continuity of the energy consumption management process are identified, in particular, these are the measurement of parameters, their comparison with regulatory indicators and the development of corrective management decisions. It is established that the energy management system ensures stable and rational energy consumption and improves the overall level of energy efficiency of the enterprise. This contributes to the improvement of production processes related to the method of energy use and creates conditions for increasing the organization's income by saving money, especially during the rise in energy prices. It is noted that the international standard ISO 50001 has been created for energy management, which defines the requirements for improving the energy management system, the purpose of which is to follow a systematic approach in achieving consistent improvement of the energy system, while ensuring energy efficiency, energy security and energy independence.
It has been established that existing approaches to energy consumption management at state reserve enterprises require improvement due to limited organizational powers and insufficient level of technical support for accounting and control systems. An improved energy management model adapted to different types of enterprises is proposed, which provides for the implementation of organizational, technical and innovative solutions, including the use of renewable energy sources, energy saving technologies and modern monitoring systems. It is proven that the implementation of the proposed measures will contribute to reducing the specific costs of energy resources, increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises and ensuring the sustainable development of the state reserve system.
