Abstract

The current challenges faced by human resource management systems during wartime have been examined. The main causes of workplace conflicts—such as poor communication, competition for resources, emotional exhaustion, and differences in values—have been analyzed. The importance of developing emotional intelligence among managers is emphasized as an effective tool for preventing conflicts and supporting teams in crisis situations. It is noted that personnel resilience is a critical factor in maintaining organizational efficiency and stability. Recommendations are offered for adapting existing approaches to the specific conditions of organizations operating in wartime. Special attention is given to the prospects of using interdisciplinary approaches and technological solutions for monitoring employees' psychological well-being and managing conflicts. Guidance is provided for developing an adaptive and resilient HR policy focused on supporting human capital and ensuring long-term organizational stability.
