Hybrid Small Business Models as a Toolfor Restoration of the Economy Entrepreneurial Sector

The article examines the essence of hybrid models of small business as an effective tool for organizing entrepreneurial activity in conditions of transformations, martial law and post-war recovery. To achieve the set goal, general scientific methods of cognition of phenomena and processes have been used: induction and deduction methods - to clarify the relationship between the process of implementing hybrid models and the functioning of the entrepreneur system; methods of system analysis and generalization to systematize existing scientific approaches, used theoretical sources and scientific literature; graphical method - to reflect the theoretical and methodological material of the study. The state of development of small business in Ukraine under martial law has been analyzed, and the main obstacles to the restoration of entrepreneurial activity have been identified. The following has been identified as the main reasons: a high level of unpredictability of the economic and political environment of business operation; a decline in consumer solvency, a decrease in the level of income of the population; loss of qualified labor force due to migration processes and mobilization; a sharp decrease in domestic and foreign investment activity; tax pressure and control; corruption in government bodies, the lack of effective tax and judicial reform; limited access to credit resources. The main directions of implementing hybrid models under martial law have been substantiated. The importance and priority of using hybrid models in organizing the work of small businesses have been indicated. The main characteristics of modern hybrid models of organizing small businesses have been determined. The focus is on the feasibility of forming platform models that influence the transformation of industries and markets and act as a factor in supporting the competitiveness of small businesses. The key components of platform thinking have been identified, the importance of using platforms as a hybrid model of small business organization and a new organizational form of voluntary partnership of market participants has been substantiated. At the heart of platform thinking is the willingness and desire to expand cooperation with partners, as well as competitors, which further contributes to the transformation of the platform organizer into a leading company. It has been considered the essence of network structures as promising forms of small business organization and the advantages of its implementation in the conditions of a martial law economy and post-war recovery. The advantages of network structures have been manifested in conditions of increased competition, when business entities try to focus on a small number of key competencies and establish cooperation with other business representatives.
