Abstract

The purpose of the article is to investigate the impact of information technologies on the efficiency of office management and the organization of production processes, with a focus on identifying key directions that ensure the effectiveness of digital transformation. The research methods include structural–functional analysis, a review of contemporary scientific publications, bibliometric mapping, and content analysis, which made it possible to identify the general patterns of digital solution development in the context of office and production systems. The obtained results demonstrate a significant influence of digital technologies on process optimization, productivity enhancement, and the improvement of communication mechanisms within enterprises. It is shown that integrated IT solutions provide sustainable advantages only when combined with organizational changes, the development of employees’ digital competencies, and the formation of a supportive corporate culture. It is established that there is often a gap between office and production digital systems, which reduces management efficiency and necessitates the creation of a unified digital architecture. Based on the conducted analysis, a model is proposed that describes the interaction of technological, organizational, and behavioral factors determining the effectiveness of digitalization. The conclusions justify the need for further research on the economic evaluation of digital transformations, the study of the impact of artificial intelligence on office processes, and the adaptation of enterprises to the specific conditions of the Ukrainian market. The presented approaches can be useful for improving strategies for the development of digital infrastructure and ensuring the long-term competitiveness of enterprises.
