Abstract

The purpose of the article is to justify theoretical assumptions and develop practical recommendations for improving managerial mechanisms that enhance the efficiency and resilience of agricultural enterprises under accelerating environmental and climatic transformations. The research focuses on how shifts in temperature regimes, water scarcity, soil degradation, and biological risks reshape decision-making processes, resource allocation practices, and strategic development models in the agricultural sector. The methodological framework includes a system-based approach, comparative analysis, structural-functional assessment, and analytical modeling. Methods of causal mapping, cross-impact analysis, and performance indicator design were applied to evaluate the interaction between technological modernisation, adaptive management solutions, and environmentally oriented practices. A synthesis of recent scientific publications allowed for identifying current trends and research gaps. The study demonstrates that the capacity of agricultural enterprises to remain efficient in unstable environmental conditions depends on the integration of innovative technologies, flexible managerial tools, and sustainability-oriented practices. Technological solutions enhance operational precision and reduce resource losses, while adaptive mechanisms strengthen resilience to climate-induced volatility. Environmentally oriented approaches support long-term stability of natural assets and stimulate the implementation of low-impact production systems. The integrated analytical model developed in the study highlights the synergistic interaction among these approaches, revealing their collective contribution to strengthening the strategic potential of agricultural enterprises. Conclusions. The findings confirm that the research objectives have been fully achieved: key managerial challenges arising from global environmental shifts have been systematised, priority directions for modernising resource management have been identified, and practical recommendations for enhancing organisational sustainability have been formulated. The study outlines further research prospects related to modelling resilience trajectories, digital ecosystem integration, and the application of sustainability assessment frameworks such as ESG-based evaluation.
