Objective. The goal of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of monitoring systems in the management processes of a modern enterprise using the example of LLC “I-SPACE EAST.” Special attention is given to analyzing how the use of monitoring technologies impacts the quality of managerial decision-making, enhances business process productivity, and improves adaptability to a dynamic market environment.
Methods. A comprehensive approach was employed in this research, combining quantitative and qualitative data analysis [1]. Quantitative indicators include business process productivity, data collection speed and accuracy, and economic efficiency. Expert surveys among managers and technical staff of LLC “I-SPACE EAST” were conducted to gather qualitative assessments of the implementation of monitoring systems and their influence on strategic planning and operational management [11]. Data processing involved statistical analysis using SPSS software, allowing verification of the correlation between the implementation of monitoring systems and enterprise performance metrics [15].
Results. The findings revealed that monitoring systems significantly improve managerial decisions, increase process transparency, and enable rapid adaptation to changes in the market environment. Specifically, the study found that monitoring systems enabled LLC “I-SPACE EAST” to reduce analytical operation costs by 15% and accelerate decision-making processes by 20% [see Table 2]. Additionally, integration between various enterprise departments improved, promoting more efficient coordination and alignment of actions.
Conclusions. The study concludes that monitoring systems play a critical role in enterprise management by enhancing flexibility, responsiveness, and competitiveness. The use of monitoring technologies allows enterprises to respond promptly to market changes, which is a vital factor in today's business environment. Further development paths for monitoring systems are proposed to improve management processes based on the latest technologies and analytical tools.
