Features of integration processes in the agro-industrial complex

Abstract

Abstract: The development of integrated interactions in the agro-industrial complex contributes not only to increasing the efficiency of agriculture, but also to improving the social and economic infrastructure, in particular rural areas. The purpose of the article is to study the features of integration processes in the agro-industrial complex and their effective development in the conditions of scientific and technical cooperation. The research methods include general scientific methods of abstraction, analysis and synthesis. In order to achieve the research objectives, the dialectical method of scientific cognition was applied in the work. The abstract-logical method of theoretical and factual generalizations was used to formulate conclusions and proposals. The information base of the study was the scientific works of Ukrainian scientists on the topic under consideration, the results of the authors' own research, etc. The results of the study revealed that the integration of the agro-industrial complex is the unification of various sectors of the economy related to agricultural production, from raw materials to the final consumer, in order to create a single production and economic unit, and this process involves the development of production and economic ties between agriculture, processing activities, mechanical engineering, science and other related industries, as well as between enterprises of these industries. Scientific approaches to studying the theoretical and conceptual aspects of the development of integration processes in the agro-industrial complex for the effective development of agricultural enterprises and their scientific and technical cooperation have been developed. Forms of integration interaction in the agro-industrial complex, which manifests itself at different levels and in different directions, and factors that directly affect optimal solutions that ensure sustainable development of the agricultural sector have been developed and substantiated. A mechanism for integration interaction in the agro-industrial complex is proposed, which represents a system of connections and cooperation between different sectors aimed at optimizing production processes, reducing production costs and increasing the overall efficiency of the activities of the involved economic entities. Conclusions. Developing a system of integrated interactions in the domestic agrarian sector is a complex task that requires coordinated actions of the government, business and scientific organizations. The implementation of these areas will strengthen the domestic agro-industrial complex, increase its competitiveness and ensure the country's food security.
