Innovative agribusiness management technologies in the context of systems management

Abstract

Abstract: The article examines modern innovative technologies for agribusiness management within the framework of a systematic management approach. It considers the classification of digital and intellectual technologies, their impact on production efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The theoretical foundations of systems management and systems thinking as a methodological basis for integrating innovations into the business processes of agricultural enterprises are analyzed. A model for introducing innovations in agribusiness is proposed, combining the levels of strategic planning, organizational transformations, digital infrastructure, and human capital. Practical recommendations and risk assessment for the implementation of innovations are provided, as well as promising areas for further research. The goal of the article is to develop and justify scientifically sound approaches to the implementation of innovative agribusiness management technologies within the framework of systems management. Materials and methods. The work uses a set of general scientific and special methods, including: system analysis (to assess the relationships between the enterprise's subsystems and the external environment), SWOT analysis (to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the implementation of innovations), digital analytics and forecasting methods (to assess the effectiveness of technological solutions and their impact on production processes), and case analysis (to study international and Ukrainian experience). Results of the study. The article based on the results of the study found that effective agribusiness management in modern conditions is impossible without a systematic approach that integrates technological, organizational, economic, and social components into a single management system. Systemic thinking, complemented by innovative technologies, provides a comprehensive view of the activities of an agricultural enterprise, allows optimizing the use of resources, increasing productivity, and reducing risks in the process of making management decisions. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the systematization of modern innovative agribusiness management technologies within the framework of systematic management, the development of a model for integrating innovations at the strategic, organizational, technological, and operational levels, and the identification of key factors for the successful implementation of innovations and risk management in agricultural enterprises. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the formation of a strategic approach to the integration of innovations into the management systems of agricultural enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness and sustainability. Conclusions. The study found that systematic thinking, complemented by innovative technologies, provides a comprehensive view of the activities of an agricultural enterprise, allows for the optimization of resource use, increases productivity, and reduces risks in the management decision-making process. The combination of systemic and innovative management creates new opportunities for the formation of sustainable competitive advantages for agricultural enterprises. It is strategically important for Ukraine to adapt international experience to national conditions, which involves the development of digital infrastructure, stimulation of innovative activity of enterprises, formation of an educational and scientific base, and integration into international scientific and technical programs.
