Abstract. Rapid transformational processes in the economy driven by digitalization, globalization, and intensified competition determine the need for integrated approaches to project management as a key instrument of strategic enterprise development. The effectiveness of project management in the digital economy reflects the ability of organizations to promptly adapt to external challenges, integrate innovative solutions into business processes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance the quality of managerial decision-making. The purpose of the study is to develop a conceptual model of integrated assessment of project management effectiveness that combines strategic, operational, social, and financial components and ensures synergy in managing enterprise digital transformations. The methodological framework of the research includes a system-structural approach – to identify interconnections between efficiency blocks and strategic guidelines of the enterprise; methods of analysis and synthesis – to critically comprehend scientific concepts and project management practices; strategic management accounting tools – to evaluate the performance of projects and digital initiatives; digital analytics and big data-as instruments for integrating technological and resource parameters into the decision-making process. The research results reflect the development of a conceptual model of integrated assessment of project management effectiveness, which is based on the synchronous interaction of strategic, operational, social, and financial blocks. It is proven that their comprehensive integration increases enterprise adaptability to environmental changes, supports resource optimization, accelerates innovation implementation, and enhances the effectiveness of digital transformations. The necessity of applying a multi-level system of indicators for comprehensive monitoring of strategic, operational, social, and financial outcomes of project activities is substantiated. Conclusions. The effectiveness of project management in the context of digital transformation should be based on an integrated approach that unites strategic, operational, social, and financial factors. The proposed model provides a foundation for well-grounded managerial decision-making, strengthens enterprise resilience, supports the development of innovation potential, and reinforces competitive positions in the global business environment.
