Abstract

This article is dedicated to the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of risk management in the implementation of monitoring and controlling systems at agricultural enterprises. The aim of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for risk management at agricultural enterprises when implementing monitoring and controlling systems, which will allow reducing uncertainty, increasing the effectiveness of management decisions, reducing costs, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of globalization and market instability.

The article discusses the significance of monitoring and controlling as key management tools for agricultural enterprises operating in a dynamic market environment. The research presents the concept of integrating these tools into the management system of agricultural enterprises to improve their efficiency and reduce risks. It is revealed that the use of monitoring and controlling allows enterprises to respond quickly to changes, reduce risks, and optimize resources to achieve strategic goals. The methods of data collection and processing are analyzed, including primary and secondary analysis, which ensure the relevance and accuracy of information for management decision-making.

The study proposes a methodological approach to risk management within the framework of implementing monitoring and controlling systems, which is an important element in ensuring the effectiveness of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions. This approach includes several stages, starting with risk identification, such as natural disasters, market fluctuations, changes in legislative and regulatory policies, as well as socio-economic factors that can significantly impact the stability of enterprises. The implementation of monitoring and controlling systems allows not only to detect risks but also to respond to them in a timely manner. Through the automation of monitoring processes, enterprises can quickly obtain information about changes, enabling rapid adaptation of strategies and preventing negative consequences. The proposed approach also facilitates the formation of a risk management strategy, including the development of measures to minimize or transfer risks, as well as identifying opportunities for enterprise diversification. The developed methodological approach ensures flexibility and adaptability of management processes, which is critically important for ensuring stability and growth of agricultural enterprises in the face of constant change. This allows agricultural enterprises not only to react to risks but also to proactively manage them, creating conditions for more sustainable and profitable business operations.
