Abstract: Financial and economic simulation modeling of integrated production structures is an important instrumental support for the analysis of the organization's activities in all conceivable aspects (technological, economic, organizational, etc.) in the chains of improvement of management processes, in the coordinated and controlled work of all subsystems. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the application of financial and economic simulation modeling of integrated production structures in a competitive environment and the process of making managerial decisions to increase their efficiency. The research methods include general scientific methods of abstraction, analysis and synthesis. In order to achieve the research objectives, the dialectical method of scientific cognition was applied in the work. The abstract-logical method of theoretical and factual generalizations was used to formulate conclusions and proposals. The information base of the study was the scientific works of Ukrainian scientists on the topic under consideration, the results of the authors' own research, etc. The results of the study revealed that in the modeling process it is necessary to constantly refine previously accepted assumptions, correct subjective assessments, check and change the adequacy of the model, namely modeling allows you to track the development of events using initial and refined assumptions that reflect the probabilistic nature of the enterprise's activities and the multidimensional nature of management decisions during the redistribution of resources. The characteristics of simulation modeling systems are determined, which allow you to create models for solving the problems of integrated production structures. An algorithm for determining the financial strategy of the enterprise and the level of forecasting and analysis of the order portfolio based on the market share indicator is developed. Recommendations are given regarding the ease of use of the model that allows you to determine the logical connection between individual elements of the calculation, as well as the availability of reserves necessary for each element to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. Conclusions. Financial and economic simulation modeling of integrated production structures is the basis for creating modern promising technologies for business management and decision-making, and the development of computer technologies and software makes this method increasingly accessible to a wide range of specialists. This is a convenient tool for supporting managerial decision-making, which can be successfully used in any industry or sector of the national economy.
