Abstract

The study is aimed at theoretical substantiation and practical modelling of the system genesis of the methodology of strategic enterprise management in the conditions of a transformational economy. Special emphasis is placed on the adaptation of strategic tools to the challenges of hybrid warfare, destruction of logistics infrastructure, digitalization of management and the need for flexible models of operation.

The study uses an interdisciplinary approach that includes methods of system analysis, retrospective comparison, scenario planning, modelling of strategic development stages, expert assessment and case analysis. The methodological basis is classical and modern concepts of strategic management, in particular resource-oriented, situational, cybernetic approaches.

An author's model of the phases of system genesis of the methodology of strategic enterprise management (intuitive, model-rational, crisis-adaptive, digital-network) has been developed. An analysis of the structural dynamics of strategic management of grain logistics in Ukraine before and after the start of a full-scale war has been conducted. A classification of adaptive strategies (multimodal logistics, digital management, scenario planning, partnership models) is proposed using successful cases of grain enterprises. Key factors of sustainability are identified: flexibility of routes, digital transparency, cooperation, adaptation to risks.

The system genesis of the strategic management methodology is a dynamic process that requires the integration of traditional theories with innovative practices of responding to the challenges of the transformational economy. Successful examples indicate the need to rethink strategies taking into account multifactorial instability. A basis is proposed for the development of a unified methodology for strategic management of enterprises, based on the principles of flexibility, digitalization and sustainability.
