The article analyzes the impact of innovations on the strategic management of enterprises and develops approaches to the formation of an effective innovation strategy in the context of modern economic challenges. The article also highlights key aspects of the impact of the latest technological innovations on the strategies of management processes in modern organizations. The purpose of the study is to identify the factors of the macroeconomic situation that constrain the innovation activity of organizations in Ukraine, as well as to substantiate the ways to overcome these limitations and build a system of innovation management with due regard for strategic guidelines. The research methods include structural and functional analysis, generalization of theoretical approaches to the classification of innovation strategies, logical and comparative analysis of organizational models of innovation management, and systematization of practices for forming an enterprise's innovation portfolio. The results of the study made it possible to determine the sequence of stages in the development of an innovation strategy, which includes: choosing the direction of innovation development, assessing the company's potential, forming an innovation portfolio, creating a specialized team, developing an organizational model for innovation management (centralized, decentralized or federated) and choosing a market entry strategy. The types of innovation initiatives (existing, complementary, transformational) are defined and four types of innovation strategies are characterized: proactive, active, reactive and passive. Three models of organizational structures for the development of innovations and the introduction of a specialized team into the activities of an enterprise are allocated. This is a centralized, decentralized, and federated model, which outlines the functional responsibilities of the special team and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of each. The conclusions show that the application of an innovation strategy contributes to improving the efficiency of management, the adaptability of enterprises to environmental changes, the introduction of new technologies and the growth of their competitiveness. The proposed approaches can be used in the practice of strategic management of enterprises to ensure sustainable development in conditions of high market turbulence.
