Agricultural enterprises ensure the country's food security, create jobs and form a significant part of exports. However, their effective operation depends on stability and protection from external and internal threats.
In addition, constant changes in legislation, in particular in the field of land relations, ecology, tax policy and agrarian law, require enterprises to adapt quickly. Insufficient legal awareness can lead to fines, loss of assets or even liquidation of the business.
The article is devoted to the study of the factors of formation of the mechanism of management of organizational and legal security of agricultural enterprises taking into account modern challenges.
Despite the thorough scientific achievements of both domestic and foreign scientists, taking into account modern challenges, these aspects in general require further research.
The importance and relevance of the research topic is proven, since its solution will contribute to increasing the efficiency, stability and legal protection of agricultural enterprises, which, in turn, will ensure the sustainable development of the agricultural sector and the economy as a whole.
It is determined that the organizational and legal security of agricultural enterprises is a fundamental factor in their sustainable functioning. In the context of modern challenges, such as economic instability, constant changes in legislation, raider threats, environmental and technological risks, the formation of an effective management mechanism is of crucial importance.
It is substantiated that a comprehensive mechanism for managing organizational and legal security makes it possible to ensure resistance to external and internal threats, minimize legal and organizational risks, and create conditions for the stable development of an agricultural enterprise.
