Main Factors in Forming an Energy-Efficient Model for the Safe Development of Renewable Energy Enterprises

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the key factors and stages of forming an energy-efficient model of secure development of renewable energy enterprises in the context of modern energy, economic and security challenges. The object of the study is the activity of renewable energy enterprises in the context of implementing energy-efficient strategies with increased security potential. The article substantiates the scientific and practical importance of forming an energy-efficient model of secure development of renewable energy enterprises as a strategic tool for ensuring energy stability, economic self-sufficiency and increasing national security potential. It is determined that in the context of growing geopolitical, energy and climate challenges, energy efficiency should be considered not only as a production or environmental indicator, but as the basis for the security sustainability of enterprises in the industry. It is established that the effective formation of such a model requires taking into account four interdependent factors: innovative and technological, institutional and regulatory, economic and financial and spatial and regional. Each of them has its own specific impact and requires appropriate regulatory, financial and organizational support. The study pays special attention to the role of state regulatory authorities, which ensure regulatory stability, financial support and institutional coordination of energy efficiency strategy subjects. The study also characterized four basic stages of the formation of an energy efficiency model: diagnostics of the current state, strategic planning, implementation of innovative measures and further monitoring with adjustment. It is proven that the implementation of such a model contributes to reducing energy risks, increasing resilience to external threats and strengthening the overall security potential both at the level of individual enterprises and on the scale of the national economy. The conclusions obtained can be used to update state policy in the field of energy security, the formation of regional development strategies, as well as the training of specialists in the field of energy management.
