Theoretical foundations of the storage logistics risk management system in the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the risk management system of warehousing logistics in the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine. It is established that effective warehouse logistics is the key to the uninterrupted operation of the supply chain. An analysis of scientific research on the topic of warehouse logistics and risk management is carried out. It is proved that there is a need to create a risk management system for a warehouse enterprise. The application of risk management mechanisms in the logistics system of the enterprise is proposed. It was determined that the national standard - Risk Management: General Risk Assessment Methods can be used to form a risk management system for warehousing logistics in the context of a full-scale war in Ukraine. A classification of warehouses has been developed based on the territorial principle, taking into account the conditions of martial law and the strategic goals of the warehouse. The relationship between the elements of risk management and general business management has been established. The problems of warehouse logistics during martial law have been clarified based on the strategic goals of the warehouse. It has been established that risk management includes the identification, assessment and analysis of risks, as well as the selection and implementation of methods to mitigate their consequences. The purpose of the article is to form a project for a risk management system for warehousing logistics in the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine. Methodology: a complex of general scientific and specialized methods was used at the theoretical and empirical levels, such as: synergistic, communicative approach, method of systematization, grouping and logical generalization. The article uses methods of logical generalization and scientific abstraction, methods of analysis and synthesis helped in the study of the components of the risk management system, in the unified relationship of all elements. Results: practical recommendations were developed for creating an individual design of a warehousing logistics risk management system in the conditions of a full-scale war in Ukraine for an enterprise.
