Abstract

In today's HR-technology, effective adaptation and motivation of staff is one of the most complex and at the same time the most important processes for business entities, which requires constant improvement and constant flexible changes. Personnel potential is the main resource of enterprises and organizations, which ensures the maximization of profits through the provision of quality services, participation in production processes and the generation of innovative ideas. It is these factors that form the proper level of competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, scientists are increasingly focusing on the study of innovative technologies, mechanisms, systems and tools for personnel management through digital platforms.

The purpose of the article is to highlight the concept of modern HR technologies through the disclosure of the features of effective adaptation and motivation using digital platforms. Particular attention is focused on the study of the economic effectiveness of staff incentives and motivation based on the identification of influence factors. The essence of intangible stimulation of employees of enterprises and organizations is disclosed. The research methodology is based on a comprehensive analysis of modern HR technology in personnel management and the model of economic stimulation of enterprise personnel.

The results of the study show that the introduction of effective adaptation and motivation of enterprise personnel through digital platforms, economic stimulation and the application of tangible and intangible incentives have a significant impact on the competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole, on its basic indicators of economic, financial, economic, production and innovation activities.

Conclusions. The condition of modernity in connection with the digitalization of business dictates the role of HR technologies in the formation of an effective system of adaptation and motivation of personnel. Digital platforms allow you to automate the processes of introducing employees into the corporate, give a personalized approach to the development and support of employees, increase employee engagement and satisfaction. The use of e-learning tools, e-learning gamification, feedback platform, performance analytics and HR mobile solutions will help not only to optimize the var-dive process and personnel management system, but also to strengthen corporate culture. The successful integration of digital capabilities into personnel management opens up new opportunities to increase the competitiveness of companies, create positive employee experiences and develop flexible, innovative teams. So, the introduction of HR technologies is not only a response to the challenges of the time, but also a strategic investment in the future of each enterprise.
