Abstract

In the modern digital world, the accessibility of information and services through web resources is a crucial factor in ensuring equal opportunities for all citizens, including people with disabilities. Digital accessibility of government web resources is critical to ensuring citizens' rights to access information, interact with government agencies, and receive services in an electronic format. Despite the existing regulatory framework and developed international standards in the field of digital accessibility, Ukraine still faces significant challenges in implementing the principles of web accessibility in government institutions.

This article discusses the importance of digital accessibility for government websites and evaluates how digital inclusion affects marketing strategies. It explores the specifics of conducting a comprehensive audit of digital accessibility of government web resources, identifies key evaluation criteria, performs a comparative analysis of audit results with the business sector, and formulates proposals for improving the assessment process and enhancing the overall level of digital accessibility of government web resources. As an example of successful implementation of accessibility principles and marketing strategies in government digital platforms, the website of the Lviv Regional State Administration is highlighted, which contributes to forming a positive brand and reputation management.for improving the assessment process and enhancing overall accessibility.
