Abstract

Text development for multichannel marketing campaigns is a key component of modern communication strategies, enabling targeted and effective delivery of brand messages across various digital platforms. The relevance of this topic is driven by the increasing complexity of consumer engagement in a highly digitalized environment, where businesses must adapt textual content for different channels while maintaining consistency and engagement. The demand for personalized communication, and the dynamic nature of audience preferences require a systematic approach to text creation and adaptation. The purpose of this article is to present a structured algorithm for working with texts in multichannel marketing, which includes stages such as audience analysis, identification of key messages, stylistic adjustments, optimization for various platforms, and integration of AI technologies. Methods. This study employs methods of scientific literature analysis to review major academic contributions on the topic; comparison to assess specific aspects of working with texts; generalization to present the key research findings; and systematization to develop structured conclusions. Results. The study demonstrates that an algorithmic approach to text development significantly enhances audience engagement and marketing performance. Through audience analysis based on key performance indicators, companies can create messages tailored to target demographic groups, thereby increasing interaction rates. The adaptation of textual content to the requirements of specific platforms—such as SEO principles for websites, concise and interactive formats for social media, and personalization techniques for email marketing—has been shown to improve overall campaign effectiveness. Conclusions. The research emphasizes the necessity of a structured approach to text development in multichannel marketing. Implementing a clearly defined algorithm not only enhances the clarity and persuasiveness of marketing texts but also improves adaptability to shifting market trends and consumer preferences. The integration of analytical tools and AI-driven personalization strategies allows companies to achieve higher engagement and improved conversion outcomes.
