Abstract

This study evaluates the role of international logistic support in Ukraine amidst Russia’s full-scale armed aggression, analyzing its contributions to defense capabilities, economic stability, competitiveness, and European integration. Purpose. The research aims to propose recommendations for optimizing logistic processes to enhance their impact on Ukraine’s recovery and global integration. Methods. The study employs an analysis of regulatory documents and reports from international organizations, including the European Commission, Ukraine’s Ministry of Infrastructure, and Pro-Consulting, alongside a qualitative assessment of logistic challenges. It systematizes key initiatives, such as the "Grain Corridor" and "Solidarity Lanes," and compares their structures. An interdisciplinary approach integrates economic, managerial, and technological perspectives, with a focus on digital technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain. Results. International logistic support encompasses military, humanitarian, and infrastructural dimensions, enabling the delivery of arms, fuel, humanitarian aid, and export facilitation. Between 2022 and 2025, the "Solidarity Lanes" and "Grain Corridor" initiatives supported the export of 179 million tons of goods, including 85 million tons of grain, and the import of 74.5 million tons of resources, such as fuel and military cargo. The Ramstein platform coordinates military logistics, ensuring swift equipment deliveries from the US, EU, and other partners. However, effectiveness is limited by the destruction of Ukraine’s transport infrastructure, shortages of qualified personnel, insufficient transparency, and coordination gaps among donors and recipients. Сonclusions. International logistic support offers substantial potential for Ukraine’s economic recovery, investment attraction, and alignment with European standards, but its success hinges on systemic reforms. Recommendations include implementing digital technologies—such as AI for route optimization, blockchain for supply chain transparency, and drones for delivery—alongside enhanced training for logistic specialists and legislative reforms to streamline customs procedures. Future research could explore econometric modeling to assess logistics’ sectoral impacts and the long-term effects of digitalization in wartime conditions.
