The article is dedicated to the study of accident insurance tools in the workplace. The aim of the research is to analyze comprehensive social insurance tools that provide financial protection for employees in the event of workplace accidents. The scientific study employed general scientific methods of cognition, including analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, and comparison. The research results indicate that the tools of social insurance for workplace accidents form a comprehensive protection model that combines financial, organizational, and preventive measures. The main components of this system are insurance payments and compensations, funding for medical and professional rehabilitation, accident prevention, financial and insurance mechanisms, as well as government and banking support. Insurance payments ensure financial compensation for injured workers and their families, rehabilitation measures promote the restoration of work capacity, and preventive mechanisms reduce the risk of workplace injuries. Additionally, financial reserves provide long-term stability for insurance payments, ensuring the reliability of the social protection system. These tools are implemented within various types of insurance, including mandatory, voluntary, regulatory, and non-state insurance. Mandatory insurance provides a basic level of protection for all employees; voluntary insurance expands the scope of insurance benefits; regulatory insurance is based on state-established norms; and non-state insurance involves private insurance programs for additional risk coverage. This multi-level structure allows for the creation of flexible social protection models that respond to the modern challenges of the labor market and economic conditions. The practical significance of the study lies in the formation of effective social insurance models to enhance the level of social protection for workers.
