Hybrid Cloud Solutions as a Way to a Balance Between Control and Flexibility in the Activities of Modern IT Enterprises

Abstract

Based on a systems approach, it has been proven that the hybrid model, combining public and private resources, allows not only to quickly scale during load increases, but also to reasonably ensure the protection of critical data by storing them in a closed segment of the cloud infrastructure. Such a solution has been established as one of the most promising due to its ability to ensure efficient use of resources, flexibility in deploying new services, and compliance with high cybersecurity standards. The article also describes four optimal cloud solutions that contribute to the creation of a balanced security potential management system: modular hybrid infrastructure, containerization using cloud orchestrators, integrated data management platforms, and multi-cloud backup. Each of these models, having individual advantages, generally contributes to increasing the security development of the enterprise, as it combines the effectiveness of scaling with careful adherence to security policies. Particular attention is paid to cloud-based control systems that help centrally monitor events, manage access, identify vulnerabilities, and respond quickly to incidents. Taken together, they form a solid foundation for ensuring constant readiness for external and internal threats, thereby strengthening the competitive position of the enterprise. Thus, the article comprehensively highlights the key aspects of the application of hybrid cloud solutions in the modern IT sphere: from substantiating their importance and prospects to analyzing specific tools and technologies that enhance the security potential of enterprises. The results of the study confirm the feasibility of implementing a hybrid approach and offer practical recommendations for its improvement.
