Human resource management is a key factor influencing the quality of the educational process in higher education institutions. Effective management of human resources, particularly through the motivation of teachers, their professional development and support, directly determines the success of the educational process and student satisfaction. In this context, it is important to consider human resources policy as a tool for ensuring high standards of education, which includes not only the selection and training of teachers but also their adaptation to the changing conditions of the learning environment. The proper improvement of HR processes in higher education institutions contributes to forming a stable and professionally competent teaching staff, which is the basis for achieving high results in education and research. The study aims to analyse the impact of HR processes on the quality of the educational process in higher education institutions (HEIs). Since the qualifications and motivation of teachers are among the main factors determining educational institutions' success, it is essential to consider the effectiveness of the HR strategies used. The research methodology combines qualitative and quantitative methods, including document analysis, surveys of teachers and students, and comparative analysis of HR policies of different HEIs. The study examined the impact of various HR management tools, such as professional development, motivation, mentoring, and psychological support for teachers. The study results show that improving HR processes significantly increases teaching efficiency and learning quality. It has been established that the proper implementation of the motivation system and continuous professional development of teachers are crucial factors that contribute to the improvement of educational outcomes. At the same time, support programmes for young teachers and psycho-emotional support are essential to ensure stability in the work of teachers and reduce stress. The study's findings confirm the need for an integrated approach to managing human resources processes in higher education institutions to achieve high-quality educational services. It is recommended that research continue in the direction of developing theoretical models for assessing the effectiveness of HR policy and comparing the results between different HEIs to identify best practices.
