Modern approaches to organizational change management are implemented through various models of enterprise adaptation to technological innovations. The aim of the work is to improve effective strategies for managing organizational change in Ukraine. The research aims to study the impact of digital transformation on business processes, identify key challenges faced by organizations, and develop ways to increase their adaptability and resilience. Methods. The study used a comprehensive methodological approach, which included an analysis of literature sources, in particular a review of existing theoretical foundations and best practices in change management, as well as a generalization of the results obtained. Statistical analysis was also conducted to evaluate the case studies. The results obtained show that organizations in Ukraine use a combination of proactive and reactive strategies to manage digital transformation. The study identifies key success factors, including leadership commitment, employee engagement, flexible methodologies, and continuous learning. In addition, the article highlights issues such as resistance to change, lack of digital competencies and insufficient financial resources. A strategic model for effective change management was proposed, which includes technological solutions, principles of adaptive leadership and provides practical recommendations for managers and policymakers to optimize change management practices in response to technological progress. Conclusions. Successfully managing organizational change in the digital era requires a systemic approach that integrates technological innovation with human capital development and directly affects the evolution and formation of the state. Organizations that implement structured change management strategies can increase their resilience and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The study highlights the role of digital technologies in restructuring organizational processes, increasing operational efficiency and promoting sustainable competitive advantages.
