Abstract

In today's uncertainty caused by rapid technological progress, volatile global markets and changing socio-economic circumstances, innovative approaches to human resources management are becoming increasingly relevant. Management strategies based on the principles of adaptability, motivation and sustainability are crucial for creating an effective and engaged workforce.

The study's purpose is to analyse innovative management approaches aimed at improving labour efficiency under uncertainty.

Research methods. A set of theoretical methods of scientific knowledge was applied during the study. The method of analysing scientific literature allowed for an in-depth study of modern concepts and models of personnel management under conditions of uncertainty. Generalisation and systematisation of information helped identify the main trends and patterns in the application of innovative management approaches. The synthesis method was used to formulate conclusions and develop recommendations for improving staff efficiency through innovative management methods.

Results of the study. The analysis shows that organisations that implement flexible and adaptive management models significantly improve staff productivity and sustainability. In particular, initially developed for the information technology industry, adaptive management techniques have proven to be highly effective in other areas, as they allow teams to respond quickly to changes and new challenges. The introduction of continuous feedback systems contributes to forming a proactive working environment, encouraging openness and timely adjustment of work processes. In addition, using flexible working conditions, such as remote or hybrid models, increases productivity by enabling employees to optimally allocate their working time according to individual needs, which positively impacts staff motivation and engagement.

Conclusions. Innovative management approaches adapted to uncertainty significantly increase staff productivity. The application of the principles of flexibility and adaptability allows organisations to effectively support employees in overcoming challenges while ensuring the stability and growth of the company. The findings highlight the importance of developing and implementing modern management strategies that support staff in constant change. This suggests that organisations ready to experiment with innovative management methods have a higher chance of sustainable development and success in the face of uncertainty.
