The article considers the importance of self-management and self-development in the context of an organizational environment characterized by a high level of uncertainty and constant transformations. It is substantiated that the effective interaction of each employee with their internal resources, the ability to manage time, tasks, and emotions creates the basis for increasing the stability of the organization and forming a holistic security system. The emphasis is on the fact that self-management allows you to reduce the risk of internal errors, strengthen discipline and responsibility for the results of joint activities, as well as respond more effectively to internal and external threats. The essential principles of self-management are revealed: conscious planning, motivational self-regulation, constructive self-assessment and purposeful adaptability, which in combination ensure high work productivity and help prevent unwanted deviations in work processes. It is proven that a culture of self-development, based on constant learning, proactivity, self-reflection and result orientation, directly affects the effectiveness of the organization, as it contributes to the rapid acquisition of new skills and readiness for innovations. Four key principles of the influence of self-management on the security development of the organization are outlined: preventing internal risks, strengthening corporate discipline, increasing information security and forming a culture of preventive actions. It is proposed to consider self-management and self-development as a complex system of interconnected processes that contribute to the coordination of employees' interests with the general strategic goals of the organization.
