Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence of tax compliance, its importance for enterprises and determination of implementation strategies depending on the size of the company. The importance of integrating tax compliance into the corporate strategy, which ensures compliance with tax legislation, reduces tax risks and increases the efficiency of financial flow management at enterprises, is considered separately. The role of internal and external resources in the implementation of tax compliance to minimize risks and achieve stable financial performance is also investigated.

The purpose of the study is to determine the main approaches to the implementation of tax compliance depending on the size of the enterprise and to analyze its importance for ensuring compliance with tax legislation, minimizing risks and improving the efficiency of management at enterprises.

Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, comparison of approaches to the implementation of tax compliance at enterprises of different sizes, as well as SWOT analysis to assess internal and external factors affecting the effectiveness of compliance implementation.

Results of the study. The study has shown that tax compliance is an important tool for ensuring the company's compliance with tax legislation and reducing the risks associated with tax audits and fines. It has been established that the choice of approach to compliance implementation has a significant impact on management efficiency, in particular, on optimizing internal processes and achieving financial stability. Consideration of different approaches helps enterprises to determine the most effective strategy for integrating tax compliance into their activities.

Conclusions. Tax compliance is a necessary element to ensure stable financial performance of enterprises. Implementing a compliance system helps to minimize tax risks, increase the efficiency of management processes and improve the company's image. The choice of approach to implementing compliance depends on the size of the company, its resources and specific conditions of its operations. The importance of tax compliance is growing in the context of globalization and increased requirements for financial transparency.
