Abstract

The purpose of the study is to characterize the features of the organizational and communication support of the managerial activities of the personnel of publishing and printing enterprises. The object of the study is publishing and printing enterprises. The methodology of the article involves the use of induction and deduction methods (in the context of determining the characterizing principles of organizational and communication support of the managerial activities of the personnel of publishing and printing enterprises), comparison and systematization, synthesis and analysis, morphological analysis (in the context of systematization of the main aspects of organizational and communication support of the managerial activities of the personnel of publishing and printing enterprises), graphic and tabular methods, abstract-logical method. Modern publishing and printing enterprises are faced with a constant increase in requirements for the quality and efficiency of order fulfillment, as well as an increasingly complex competitive environment. In such conditions, organizational and communication support of the managerial activities of the personnel becomes a critically important mechanism for achieving stable results and maintaining leadership positions in the market. The coordination of actions of various production departments, timely response to orders and changes in customer requirements, as well as ensuring a high level of product quality depend on competent communication. Emphasis is placed on the fundamental principles of organizational and communication support: transparency and accessibility of information, systematicity and a clear hierarchy of communication, orientation towards interaction and cooperation, dynamism and flexibility of processes. They set the direction for building an effective communication system, which is the basis for quick and coordinated decision-making and rational allocation of resources. Four main problems that publishing and printing enterprises face when forming such an environment are outlined: fragmentation of information channels, uncertainty of roles and responsibilities, resistance to change and lack of proper monitoring of effectiveness. Three main areas of improvement of the organizational and communication support system have been identified: the implementation of integrated digital platforms and CRM systems, the stimulation of teamwork and professional development, as well as the development of comprehensive feedback mechanisms and performance assessment.
