Abstract. The article emphasizes that modern organizational management is a complex and dynamic process requiring continuous improvement and adaptation to an ever-changing external environment. The integration of traditional theories with innovative approaches is key to achieving organizational goals. The paper explores innovative management approaches that enhance enterprise efficiency. Particular attention is paid to contemporary methods such as agile methodologies, design thinking, digital management, and data-driven approaches. Their impact on enterprise adaptation to rapid changes and competitiveness improvement is analyzed. The research results highlight the importance of integrating these approaches into modern organizational processes. This article provides valuable insights into management studies, offering new perspectives to improve managerial practices in the face of contemporary challenges. The article aims to address the pressing need to bridge the gap between theory and practice in organizational management by presenting theoretical approaches and innovative methods focused on improving decision-making processes, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning. The study underlines the relevance of adapting traditional management models to the realities of the modern business environment while integrating advanced innovations.
The purpose of the article is to highlight the urgent need to bridge the gap between theory and practice in management organizations by presenting theoretical approaches and innovative methods aimed at improving decision-making processes, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning. Comparative analysis methods were used to investigate the theoretical aspects of the study, and the generalization method helped establish innovative approaches to developing management concepts in post-war Ukraine.
Results and conclusions. The article identifies key innovative approaches to management, including: agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum); design thinking (Design Thinking); data-driven management approach (Data-Driven Management); digital management; empathetic leadership; approaches to sustainable development and eco-innovation. An analysis of the impact of these approaches on the activities of enterprises was conducted. It was found that the integration of innovative approaches contributes to the achievement of strategic goals of enterprises, such as increasing competitiveness and ensuring sustainable development.
Conclusions. Innovative management approaches are a critical element in the development of modern enterprises operating in dynamic environments. The implementation of agile methodologies, digital technologies, and customer-centric approaches improves organizational productivity, flexibility, and competitiveness. At the same time, success depends on the proper adaptation and training of personnel, as well as on the systematic implementation of innovations. Future research should focus on studying the long-term effects of applying these approaches.
