The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of developing anti-crisis management mechanisms for enterprises under the conditions of martial law, increasing economic uncertainty, and the transformation of the business environment in Ukraine. It is substantiated that contemporary anti-crisis management should be considered not merely as a system of response to crisis situations but as an integrated managerial framework aimed at ensuring business resilience, adaptability, continuity of operations, and long-term competitiveness. The study emphasizes that the effectiveness of enterprise management under wartime conditions depends on the coordinated application of conceptual and applied management mechanisms capable of minimizing the impact of internal and external threats. A scientific approach to the classification of anti-crisis management mechanisms into theoretical and practical groups is proposed. The theoretical block includes the mechanisms of strategic adaptation, economic security management, organizational resilience, and innovation-driven digital transformation, which form the methodological basis for sustainable enterprise development. The practical block comprises financial stabilization, logistics and operational continuity, human resource and organizational management, as well as marketing and commercial mechanisms aimed at maintaining the financial stability, operational efficiency, workforce capacity, and market positions of enterprises under crisis conditions. For each mechanism, its functional purpose and a set of implementation instruments are identified, enabling the formation of a comprehensive anti-crisis management system. The research proves that the integration of strategic, financial, organizational, digital, and marketing instruments creates favorable conditions for improving enterprise resilience, reducing crisis risks, strengthening economic security, and increasing competitiveness. The proposed system of anti-crisis management mechanisms provides a comprehensive methodological and practical framework for ensuring business sustainability during wartime and facilitating successful post-war recovery and long-term development. The findings may serve as a theoretical basis for further research on enterprise crisis management and as practical recommendations for business managers operating in highly volatile environments.Downloads
