The relevance of the study is determined by the need to ensure the rational use of resources of medical institutions in conditions of limited financial support. Medicines and equipment as the most important foundations of providing medical services require significant attention in this context. Control and analysis are systems that are able to ensure more rational use of these assets. In the conditions of rapid development of modern information technologies and means, computerization of control and analytical processes is able to ensure optimization and increase in the efficiency of the use of medicines and equipment due to the formation of an objective information base for management. This emphasizes the relevance of the chosen topic and direction of research. The purpose of the article is to build a logical scheme for improving the control and analysis of medicines and equipment on the basis of modeling the processes of their implementation in conditions of computerization. Methods. A number of methods were used in the research process, in particular: a systems approach - to consider the control and analysis of medicines and equipment in the context of forming a holistic system that covers all processes related to these assets; analysis and synthesis – for detailing the stages of control and analysis, for considering modules as separate elements of modeling and combining them into a single integrated system; modeling – for the purpose of building a structural-modular model of the processes of control and analysis of medicines and equipment; process approach – when establishing and describing the stages of the movement of medicines and equipment (demand planning, procurement, storage, use); graphical method – for visualizing the proposed model of control and analysis; abstract-logical method – for generalizing the conclusions and results of the study. Results. Control and analysis are identified as systems that can be integrated to form high-quality information data necessary for the management system. It is established that these systems can be transformed under the influence of the development of new information technologies and computerization. It is proved that, taking into account existing management requests, the specifics of the activity and real basic initial conditions, the formalization of control and analysis processes in an integrated model should be carried out in terms of nine stages (elements). To optimize the use of medicines and equipment, it is proposed to use the 9 stages of control and analysis in a computer environment. A structural-modular model of the processes of control and analysis of medicines and equipment has been built. Conclusions. The practical implementation of the proposed integrated model of control and analysis based on computerization will allow for a more complete use of the existing instrumental potential and mechanisms not only for the rationalization of the control and analytical processes themselves, but also for the purpose of improving the information base for making management decisions. This will contribute to increasing the effectiveness, quality and efficiency of providing medical services, which in conditions of instability and destabilizing challenges is the main goal of management.
