Abstract

The relevance of the study is determined by the intensification of transformational processes in the economy caused by the active implementation of digital technologies in enterprise activities, as well as by the need to improve the efficiency of management systems in the conditions of a digital economy. The modern business environment is characterized by growing volumes of information, increasing complexity of managerial processes, and the need for prompt and well-grounded decision-making, which emphasizes the role of digitalization as a key factor in the modernization of management systems. At the same time, the insufficient level of digital maturity of enterprises, challenges of information technology integration, and risks of digital transformation necessitate further scientific investigation of this issue. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the impact of digitalization on the enterprise management system and to determine its role in ensuring management efficiency under conditions of modern economic transformations. The methodological basis of the research includes general scientific and special methods, in particular the system approach, analysis and synthesis, generalization, and comparison, which made it possible to examine the interrelation between digitalization, enterprise management systems, and economic transformations. As a result of the study, key directions of the impact of digitalization on the enterprise management system have been identified. It is substantiated that the use of modern digital technologies in enterprise management, including Big Data, artificial intelligence, cloud services, and IoT solutions, ensures increased efficiency and validity of managerial decisions, optimization of business processes, and reduction of operational costs. Digitalization is shown to contribute to the formation of a data-driven management model and to enhance the transparency and effectiveness of managerial processes. At the same time, it is established that digital transformation is accompanied by risks related to cybersecurity, high implementation costs, and the complexity of integrating digital solutions. It is determined that these risks can be mitigated through the phased implementation of technologies, the development of employees' digital competencies, and the improvement of information resource management systems. The obtained results confirm that digitalization is an important factor in increasing the efficiency of the enterprise management system and ensuring its adaptability to modern economic changes. The use of advanced digital technologies contributes to the modernization of managerial processes, improves the substantiation of decision-making, and fosters the formation of competitive advantages of enterprises in the digital economy.
