Abstract

The article examines approaches to the formation of stakeholder interaction models within the system of sustainable development of an industrial enterprise. It is substantiated that under conditions of increasing instability, crisis transformations, and the transition to a recovery economy, stakeholder interaction acquires strategic importance as a tool for ensuring enterprise resilience and competitiveness. To investigate the theoretical foundations of stakeholder interaction and substantiate its role in ensuring the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise, the methods of theoretical generalization were applied. Using comparative analysis, the main models of stakeholder interaction were systematized, and the specific features of their influence on ensuring the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise were identified. The key stakeholder interaction models were generalized, including the information and communication model, partnership model, network model, shared value creation model, socially responsible and resilience-oriented model. Their impact on ensuring the sustainable development of an industrial enterprise was systematized, and it was substantiated that the most effective models in the context of a recovery economy are those based on a high level of stakeholder integration into strategic management, risk management, and the formation of long-term enterprise sustainability. It was proven that effective stakeholder interaction contributes to increasing the enterprise’s adaptability to external challenges, strengthening resilience, developing cross-sectoral partnerships, and creating prerequisites for balancing the economic, social, and environmental dimensions of sustainable development. It was substantiated that the integration of the stakeholder approach into the management system is an important factor in ensuring the resilience of an industrial enterprise under the conditions of a recovery economy.
