Abstract

The article explores theoretical and applied aspects of economic ethics and team building processes in the context of modern corporate governance. The relevance of forming an ethical corporate environment as an important factor in increasing the efficiency of organizations in modern economic conditions is substantiated. The essence of economic ethics as a system of moral principles, norms and values that regulate the behavior of economic entities within the enterprise is considered. The role of ethical standards in the formation of corporate culture, the development of trust between employees and ensuring the stability of management processes is analyzed.

Particular attention is paid to the study of team building processes as an important element of modern corporate governance. It is determined that effective team interaction contributes to increasing the efficiency of enterprises, improving communication between employees and developing the innovative potential of the organization. The article substantiates the relationship between economic ethics and the formation of effective teams, which allows creating a favorable organizational environment for the development of enterprises

The purpose research into the role of economic ethics in team building processes in the context of modern corporate governance and identification of the main directions of forming an effective ethical corporate culture that contributes to increasing the effectiveness of teamwork.

The methodological basis is a complex of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge.

The method of analysis and synthesis was used to study theoretical approaches to economic ethics and team building in corporate management. The system approach allowed us to consider the organization as a holistic system of interaction of economic, social and ethical factors that influence the formation of an effective team.

The method of comparative analysis was used to study various models of corporate ethics and their impact on human resource management. The generalization method was used to form theoretical conclusions regarding the role of ethical principles in the development of team interaction.

The method of logical analysis was also used in the research process, which allowed us to determine the relationship between ethical norms, corporate culture and the effectiveness of personnel management.

Results. The paper examines the basic principles of economic ethics in the corporate governance system and identifies factors that influence the effectiveness of team building in organizations. The results of implementing ethical standards in the activities of enterprises are summarized and their impact on increasing staff motivation, improving the psychological climate in the team, and forming a positive image of the company is determined.

The results obtained indicate the importance of integrating ethical principles into the corporate governance system and personnel management processes. It has been established that the formation of an ethical corporate culture contributes to increasing the effectiveness of team interaction, ensures the stability of organizational development, and increases the competitiveness of enterprises in the modern business environment.

Conclusions. The conducted research allowed us to establish that economic ethics is an important component of the modern corporate governance system and is one of the key factors in the formation of an effective organizational culture of the enterprise. In the context of increased competition, globalization of economic processes and active transformation of the business environment, the role of ethical norms and principles that regulate the relationship between employees, management and other participants in corporate relations is increasing. Adherence to the principles of responsibility, honesty, fairness, trust and mutual respect creates the basis for the formation of a stable internal environment of the organization and contributes to increasing the efficiency of management processes.
