The article examines the role of business networking and negotiation practices in the B2B communication system in the context of digital transformation of the economy, globalization, and an increasingly competitive environment. The purpose of the study is to determine the features of modern negotiation practices, analyze the impact of digital technologies on the development of network interaction between business partners, and substantiate the importance of trust, social capital, and communication strategies in ensuring effective interorganizational interaction. The methodological basis of the study was the general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, system approach, and comparative analysis, which allowed for a comprehensive study of the transformation of B2B communication in the modern digital environment. The paper analyzes current trends in the development of business communications, in particular, the spread of digital platforms, CRM systems, online negotiations, professional social networks, and artificial intelligence technologies in the field of B2B interaction. It has been established that digitalization significantly changes the mechanisms of communication between business partners, contributes to the acceleration of information exchange, automation of negotiation processes and expansion of opportunities for the development of professional contacts. At the same time, it has been determined that the virtualization of business interaction creates new challenges related to cybersecurity, information overload, a decrease in the level of interpersonal communication and the complication of building trust in the digital environment. It has been proven that modern B2B negotiations are gradually transforming from traditional competitive models to partnership-oriented approaches based on cooperation, mutual benefit and joint value creation. It is substantiated that trust and social capital are key factors in the effectiveness of B2B communication, as they contribute to the formation of sustainable partnership relations, reducing transaction costs and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. The importance of adaptive communication strategies, emotional intelligence, intercultural competence and conflict management in the process of business negotiations is determined. Particular attention is paid to the prospects for integrating business networking and negotiation practices into the system of strategic development of enterprises. It is established that professional networks, digital communication channels and partner ecosystems are gradually turning into important intangible assets of companies and factors of their long-term sustainability. It is proven that enterprises that are able to effectively combine digital technologies, business networking and modern negotiation strategies gain significant competitive advantages in the B2B sector. Prospects for further research are related to studying the impact of artificial intelligence and automated communication systems on the development of negotiation practices, the formation of digital trust and the management of partner networks in the modern business environment.Downloads
