Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive theoretical and methodological substantiation and develops practical principles for the functioning of new types of logistical systems in the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine through the prism of the concept of end-to-end digital management of the "Farm-to-Table" value chain. It is proven that modern military destructions, the disruption of traditional infrastructural ties, energy instability, and stringent requirements for the integration of domestic business into the European economic space demand a fundamental departure from classical approaches to minimizing operating expenses in favor of integrated high-tech solutions. The methodological foundation of the study is based on a systemic-structural approach, which allowed for the examination of digitalization, logistics, and financial management of dairy processing enterprises as a unified management architectonics. Based on this toolkit, a comprehensive architectonics of the digital management model has been developed, ensuring synergy between technological transparency, capital flow optimization, the intellectual basis of the organization, methods of adaptive Agile management (Management 3.0), and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responsibility. The paper thoroughly substantiates the mechanisms for implementing end-to-end digital tools, such as blockchain, the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digital twins, and artificial intelligence algorithms, which guarantee 100% real-time traceability of raw materials and finished products, thereby minimizing food safety risks and losses from defects. Special attention within the methodology is paid to the strategic substantiation of the feasibility of investing in biogas production from agricultural waste and developing Bio-CNG transport infrastructure. In times of crisis, this serves as a key tool for diversifying energy supply sources, increasing the autonomy of territorial communities, radically reducing operational logistical costs for fuel, and forming additional business marginality through environmental quality verification for the conscious European consumer. The proposed model creates a reliable intellectual and practical framework for preserving the capital of domestic agribusiness, overcoming logistical gaps and staff shortages during the war period, and significantly increasing its technological competitiveness in global food markets.
