The article examines the aspects of digital transformation of enterprise management processes in an unstable economic environment. The importance of implementing modern digital solutions as a significant prerequisite for increasing the adaptability and resilience of small businesses under martial law is substantiated. It is proved that the digitalization of the internal organizational environment aimed at accelerating information processing and optimizing communication processes is an important factor in improving the efficiency of enterprise coordination. The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of the digital transformation of management processes on the adaptability of small business entities and to develop practical recommendations for improving the management system of a small enterprise. Methods. The methodological basis of the study includes methods of scientific generalization, comparative and structural-functional analysis, as well as a systems approach. The empirical basis was formed through a survey of the personnel of "FIRM MART" LLC, assessment of the level of business process automation, and identification of communication gaps between structural units. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed solutions, tools for analyzing the organizational and economic effects of the digitalization of management processes were applied. Results. The analysis of the activities of "FIRM MART" LLC revealed an insufficient level of integration of the information environment, a fragmented nature of business process automation, and the absence of a unified digital management space. It was determined that the greatest time losses occur during the approval of internal documents and the coordination of information flows. The employee survey confirmed the need to develop staff digital competencies and modernize digital management tools. The paper proposes a set of digital transformation measures, including the implementation of CRM systems, cloud-based electronic document management, and corporate digital communication platforms. It is proved that the implementation of modern digital solutions will contribute to reducing time spent on administrative operations, accelerating the processing of managerial information, and improving the efficiency of enterprise coordination. Conclusions. It is concluded that the digital transformation of management processes is an important factor in the formation of an adaptive management system for small businesses. Systematic automation of business processes and the integration of modern digital solutions make it possible to increase management flexibility, improve the efficiency of information exchange, and enhance the enterprise's ability to respond quickly to changes in the external environment.Downloads
