The hotel business is characterized by a high level of resource consumption, significant social impact, and dependence on reputational sustainability, which necessitates the adaptation of accounting systems and management analytics to the requirements of ESG reporting, digital monitoring, and Management Report preparation. The purpose of the study is to develop an approach to the integration of ESG indicators into the accounting system of HoReCa enterprises to support the preparation of the Management Report. The study applies methods of analysis and synthesis to generalize theoretical approaches to the ESG concept in the hospitality industry; comparative analysis to examine ESG practices of Six Senses, The Royal Portfolio, Hilton, Archer Hotel Capital; and systematization and grouping methods to develop the structure of ESG indicators, their information support, and their integration into the accounting system. The study systematizes the main ESG practices of HoReCa enterprises in the areas of resource efficiency, waste management, responsible sourcing, personnel development, social interaction, and digital sustainability monitoring. A structure of ESG indicators for hotel enterprises has been developed, covering environmental, social, and governance indicators, sources of information support, primary documents, accounting objects, and analytical KPIs. An approach to ESG disclosure in the Management Report is proposed, taking into account current requirements for non-financial reporting and the digital transformation of enterprise management systems. In addition, an algorithm for the formation of ESG indicators has been developed, combining primary documentation of ESG operations, financial and management accounting, analytical generalization of indicators, digital monitoring, and the process of non-financial disclosure. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of applying the proposed approach by HoReCa enterprises to build an internal ESG monitoring system, increase management transparency, adapt to sustainable development requirements, and improve the information support of the Management Report.
