IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF GRAIN TRADING COMPANIES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the peculiarities of implementing digital technologies in the management system of grain trading companies and to determine their impact on the efficiency of management processes and the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. The relevance of the topic is обусловлена the need for grain trading companies to adapt to modern challenges of globalization, digital business transformation, instability of the external environment, and disruptions in logistics chains. The study applies methods of system analysis, generalization, comparison, and logical modeling. The methodological basis of the research includes modern concepts of management digitalization and innovative development of agribusiness. It is substantiated that digital technologies ensure the integration of production, logistics, financial, and analytical processes into a unified management system. The role of Big Data and artificial intelligence in yield forecasting, market analysis, logistics optimization, and risk minimization is determined. The effectiveness of blockchain technologies in ensuring transparency of contractual operations and traceability of product origin in global supply chains is proved. The possibilities of ERP and CRM systems for automating document management, controlling financial flows, and developing customer-oriented business models are analyzed. It is established that digital transformation requires investments in technological infrastructure and the development of employees' digital competencies. It is proved that the digitalization of grain trading company management is a strategic factor in improving enterprise efficiency, strengthening competitive positions, and ensuring the sustainable development of Ukraine's agricultural sector.
