The paper investigates the significance of artificial intelligence as one of the major factors contributing to the international competitiveness of contemporary companies in the global economic landscape. It is contended that artificial intelligence transitions from a mere tool for automating individual operations to a strategic resource that dictates the capacity of enterprises to adapt to market fluctuations, effectively leverage information resources, create innovative business models, and fortify their positions in international markets in the context of digital business transformation. The objective of the investigation is to ascertain the extent to which artificial intelligence influences the international competitiveness of businesses and to provide evidence of the mechanisms by which it influences the transformation of strategic resources in the global business environment. The study's methodological foundation is derived from an examination of international analytical reports and scientific publications that focus on the application of artificial intelligence in business, strategic management, innovation, and the development of international business models. The research determined that the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies enhances the effectiveness of management decisions, optimizes costs, automates business processes, develops personalized products and services, and accelerates corporate innovation. Additionally, it enhances the forecasting of market trends. The integration of artificial intelligence into strategic management has been shown to establish a novel corporate resource base. This base is characterized by the organization's capacity to rapidly transform its own management and operational processes, as well as data, analytical algorithms, and digital infrastructure. The international competitiveness of companies is influenced by artificial intelligence, which enhances labor productivity, develops dynamic capabilities, expands opportunities for business scalability, improves customer service, and generates new revenue streams. The study's practical significance is found in its systematic organization of the primary areas of artificial intelligence's influence on the competitive advantages of companies and the identification of mechanisms for its integration into the strategic management system. The results acquired can be utilized to conduct additional research on the digital transformation of international business and to develop practical strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of companies in the global economy.Downloads
