Abstract

Abstract. The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of forming management systems of construction enterprises under conditions of economic digitalization. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve management efficiency in the context of increasing complexity of business processes, digital transformation, and intensified competition in the construction industry. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to substantiate approaches to the formation of a digitalized management system of a construction enterprise based on the adaptation of the process-structured approach to modern operating conditions. Methods. The research is based on the application of system, process, functional, and situational approaches, as well as methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization of scientific sources, and modeling of management processes. The theoretical basis of the study includes modern concepts of digital transformation and process-structured management. Results. The study proposes a digitalized model of the management system of a construction enterprise, which covers all stages of the management process: strategic planning, business process design, human resource management, implementation of managerial decisions, and digital control. It is determined that the key feature of a modern management system is the integration of digital technologies (ERP, BPM, BIM, HRM systems, and analytical platforms) into all functional subsystems of management. It is substantiated that the use of these tools ensures increased transparency of business processes, improved efficiency of managerial decision-making, better resource utilization, and enhanced adaptability of the enterprise to environmental changes. Conclusions. It is proven that digitalization of management systems is a key prerequisite for increasing the competitiveness of construction enterprises. The proposed approach makes it possible to form an integrated digital management architecture that ensures coherence of functional subsystems, optimization of business processes, and improvement of overall performance. The practical significance of the results lies in their applicability for the implementation of modern management systems in construction enterprises.
