Features of Мanaging the Economic Security of an Enterprise in Crisis Conditions

The purpose of the study is to substantiate the special characteristics of the economic security of an enterprise in crisis conditions and to establish the impact of martial law on the management of the security of business entities.
Methods. To achieve the stated goal of the study, the following methods were used: critical analysis of scientific sources - to substantiate the features of economic security in crisis conditions; synthesis method - to analyze the impact of martial law on the economic security of the enterprise; tabular method - for visual visualization of the obtained research; scientific abstraction method - to substantiate and generalize the features of managing the economic security of an enterprise in crisis conditions.
Results. It was established that ensuring high-quality management of economic security in crisis conditions is one of the main tasks of the functioning of a business entity. It is noted that for competitiveness and financial stability, an enterprise must organize economic security management in compliance with a number of principles - systematicity, continuity, prevention, optimality, hierarchy and efficiency. The article substantiates that the economic security management system of an enterprise is built on the functioning of key subsystems, such as organizational and managerial, information and analytical, regulatory and legal, monitoring and control. Based on research, it was found that the main components of the economic security of an enterprise in martial law are financial, information, legal, reputational and logistical components, and the safety of personnel and assets is also taken into account.
Conclusions. The study proves that in martial law, the management of the economic security of an enterprise must adapt to changes and take into account certain principles. Taking into account changes becomes an integral basis for managing the security of a business entity. Managing the economic security of an enterprise in conditions of military aggression allows you to prevent undesirable consequences of crisis circumstances, allows enterprises to instantly respond to external negative changes and ensures the achievement of their sustainable development goals.
