Abstract

Abstract: The article examines the strategic aspects of digital platformization of information and communication technology enterprises, emphasizing their importance for increasing the competitiveness, adaptability and innovative capacity of enterprises in the digital economy. A systematic approach to the formation and implementation of platform strategies is substantiated, which combines strategic goals, the choice of digital platform models and the use of key management tools. The interrelationships between the platform business model, strategic management and efficiency of ICT enterprises are analyzed. Practical recommendations are proposed for the integration of digital platforms into the corporate development strategy and the formation of digital business ecosystems. The use of a comprehensive strategic approach to digital platformization ensures increased adaptability of enterprises, optimization of business processes and creation of long-term competitive advantages. The purpose of the article is a comprehensive justification of the strategic aspects of digital platformization of information and communication technology enterprises based on a systematic analysis of the theoretical provisions of the platform economy and the practice of digital transformation, as well as the development of scientific and methodological approaches to the formation and implementation of platform strategies aimed at increasing the competitiveness, innovative capacity and sustainable development of ICT enterprises in the digital economy. The methodological basis of the study is a set of general scientific and special methods of cognition of economic processes that provide a comprehensive analysis of the strategic aspects of digital platformization of information and communication technology enterprises. The study is based on an interdisciplinary approach that combines the provisions of economic theory, strategic management, digital platform theory and the concept of business ecosystems. In the process of research, a systemic approach was applied, which allowed us to consider digital platformization as a complex multi-level process of transformation of ICT enterprises, within which strategic, organizational, technological and institutional components interact. Structural and functional analysis was used to identify key elements of digital platforms and determine their role in the formation of strategic competitive advantages of enterprises. To generalize theoretical approaches to digital platformization and strategic management, methods of analysis and synthesis were used, which made it possible to systematize the scientific views of domestic and foreign researchers and identify the main directions of development of platform strategies. Comparative analysis was used to compare different models of digital platforms and strategies for their implementation in ICT enterprises. Induction and deduction methods allowed us to form generalized conclusions regarding the patterns of digital platformization and to substantiate the feasibility of using the platform approach as a strategic tool for the development of information and communication technology enterprises. The study also applied a logical-analytical method to form conceptual provisions and determine the relationships between digital platformization, strategic management and the effectiveness of ICT enterprises. The research methodology is focused on combining theoretical generalization and applied orientation of the obtained results, which provides the possibility of using the formulated conclusions and recommendations in the practice of strategic management of digital platformization of ICT enterprises. Results. The work substantiates that the effectiveness of strategic digital platformization of ICT enterprises is determined by the consistency of strategic goals, selected models of digital platforms and strategic management tools. Failure to take into account at least one of these components reduces the effectiveness of platform transformations and limits the potential for the development of digital business ecosystems. In this context, it is advisable to consider digital platformization not as a separate IT project, but as a long-term strategic initiative of the enterprise. Conclusions. It has been proven that the use of a systematic approach to the formation and implementation of platform strategies contributes to increasing the adaptability of ICT enterprises to changes in the digital environment, optimizing the processes of interaction with partners and customers, and also creates the prerequisites for scaling the business based on network effects.
