Abstract. Business scaling in the context of foreign economic activity is one of the key factors in ensuring strategic growth, increasing competitiveness and integrating enterprises into the global economic environment. Scaling processes are increasingly becoming international, which leads to an increase in the complexity of management, the need to adapt business models to various institutional, cultural and regulatory conditions, as well as the active use of digitalization opportunities. The purpose of the article is to systematize and generalize approaches to business scaling in the context of foreign economic activity, analyze its role in increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises in international markets. Methods. In the research process, theoretical methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of scientific approaches to business scaling were applied, as well as comparative analysis to identify the features of scaling at the macro and micro levels in the context of foreign economic activity. Results. The work reveals the content of scaling as a process of rapid growth and reproduction of a viable business model in international markets. It is substantiated that business scaling in foreign economic activity is associated with a combination of global standardization and local adaptation, the formation of transnational ecosystems and taking into account regulatory, resource and intercultural constraints. The role of digitalization as a catalyst for hyperscaling, which reduces transaction costs, accelerates entry into international markets and weakens restrictions on growth rates, is determined. Conclusions. It is proven that successful business scaling in foreign economic activity requires coordination of strategic goals with organizational changes, innovations and adaptation of the business model to the international environment. Scaling is not only a tool for commercial growth, but also an important factor in achieving sustainable development, expanding social impact and forming global business value.Downloads
